State Cup qualifying league in most states, expect to be all by spring season

Home fields, neutral sites and geographic divisions to keep travel cost low

 Possible Neutral Sites: New Hampshire Soccer Complex, Pembroke, NH and

Progin/Citizens Bank Park, Lancaster, Massachusetts etc.

Entry fee per team $375 per team plus ref fees

Teams pay 50% per game ref fee

1 ref U9 - 12 $50 for 1 ref; or $100 for 3

3 refs U13 and U14 $70/45/45

3 refs U15 and up $80/50/50

League will be overseen by Commission representative from each state association with clubs/teams participating having advisory rep

Administered daily by league administrator to be named

Depending on size of divisions play each opponent once or twice

Planning on 8 games in fall and 8 games in spring = separate seasons

Team registration will begin in June and end late July for Fall

Team registration will begin in December and end late January for Spring

Games to begin first available weekend, looking toward April

Rules of play will follow US Youth Soccer National Championship Series for older division and USYS suggested in younger

22 player roster; 18 game day; club passing will be allowed
